I have just tried it in Firefox 36.0.1 and Developer Edition which is at version 38, I think, and neither exhibit the glitch in your screenshot.

Is it Mac or Windows?

Several people with the same set up have to disagree, it will be something local to you. You are going to have to go through the motions of disabling browser extensions, adjusting your browser settings, font sizes, zoom, graphics settings etc.

Just figured out the problem. It happens when the setting "Use hardware acceleration when available" is disabled. I re-enabled it (as it comes by default) and the problem is gone.
