P Paul B XenForo moderator Staff member Licensed customer Dec 15, 2022 #2 All of the files on the server need to be writable/owned by the PHP/web server user. If you aren't sure how to do that, you will need to contact your host as it requires server level changes. Upvote 0 Downvote
