ON / OFF Notices for Resource

Is there a way to exclude a forum Notice from appearing in the Resource?

You would probably be best attaching forum-specific notices to a tab (forums).

Both, not sure if it needs to be suggested or if it is and I just don't have it yet?

Okay, that makes sense, I'll try that. It would be cool if there was a global setting to exclude Resources from seeing those though.
