No chance of that...Do not catch cold.
I mentioned I'm right next to the beach right .
y'know, y'all are lucky that you don't live closer to me.......Just chip some ice in a blender and make a little snowman next to your computer.
If it makes you feel better, I totally have my AC going at 65 right now.y'know, y'all are lucky that you don't live closer to me.......
I hate you...If it makes you feel better, I totally have my AC going at 65 right now.
So cool in my office .
You don't have AC?!?!?!? omg that's even worse. At least I know mine will be fixed on Friday. The heat is unbearable; it's been mid-90's where I live and I don't have any AC.
Ok I'm taking my son out for dinner. Cannot afford it,. but at least the restaurant is COOL!
Did you guys get 98 yesterday like Cleveland did? Pretty sure I sweat off 10lbs or so...It's 88f here in my part of Ohio, having come down 2 degrees. AND....
My air conditioning broke sometime last night. The landlord was here this morning, and can't get anyone to come repair it til Friday. I'm sweating like a pig (do pigs sweat???), and miserable, just MISERABLE, I tell ya.
/end rant
(and just what did you think this thread was about? hmmmm??)
ha, believe it or not, I've done that before, and it works! You just have to repeat every 20 minutes or so.Soak your head in cold water, and then turn on all the fans you've got. It'll almost feel like AC and it'll last until your hair dries.
my brain is hot, so this food doesn't do me any good today.you are going out for dinner....... when there is so much food for thought over here ?
ugh. Nope, 91 was hot enough for me. I'm praying my heart out for an early fall.Did you guys get 98 yesterday like Cleveland did? Pretty sure I sweat off 10lbs or so...
Also, we don't have central air, so we've got one window unit in the front of the house, which is not where the bedrooms are. Guess where I'm sitting in a pool of my own sweat?
I was expecting some strange Youtube video lol.(and just what did you think this thread was about? hmmmm??)
That's what I did today.... 4 times!Peggy, when it gets that hot, I go stand in a cool/cold shower...at least I am cool until I get out. LOL.
Liz
I survived 115 °F last year without a fan (for about a week).88 is not hot. 107 is hot.
