Notifications for likes and mentions

Keep in mind though, the pushover app isn't free, so any user will have to buy pushover. I think pushbullet is free though, and @xfrocks has an add-on that supports it I believe.

Thanks @Jake B. I was concerned about this as my forum is new and most of my members are living in India and 5 dollars is not cheap there. Then I found @xfrocks's add on and wrote to him and he has confirmed that his addon will send notifications for both likes and mentions.
