Arty Well-known member Oct 22, 2012 #2 It should be shown on tablets. Maybe you've made a mistake in user criteria or forgot to check "notice is active"?

As I understand it, if no user criteria is set, the notice will show up for everyone. I've tried setting the user criteria to me, and I've tried not setting any user criteria. Neither works. I do have notice is active checked. EDIT: could a custom style sheet affect notices?
