XF 2.1 Notices to display time in users timezone

I am expecting this to not be possible, but you never know.

I always display a notice to members warning them and giving a few hours notice of a maintenance shut down. I specify the time in GMT (as that is where I am) but it would be really nice if there was a way to have that dynamically show in the users's own time zone.

So, is there any way to do this?
