XF 2.0 Notice on Create Thread Page

I had a notice in XF1.5 with

Controller and action is:​

XenForo_ControllerPublic_Forum :: CreateThread​

I upgraded to XF2.0 and now I just discovered an error: The following notice(s) may contain page criteria which is no longer matched

... and I believe this is where I've lost the matching.... So do I need to set a different controller and/or action to get this notice to display on the Create Thread page?
