Notice on Create Thread page

Hi,

Is there a way to add a notice only on Create Thread page?

I suspect it is related to Controller and Action option or View Class but I don't know any of those to specify..

Controller should be set to XenForo_ControllerPublic_Forum and the action should be CreateThread.
