XF 2.1 Activate a Notice on a Thread via a BB Code (or Tag)

So, I thought this would be possible using the Content Template in the Page Criteria settings of the Notices, but I think I misunderstood what that was actually meant to do. So far it didn't work the way I hoped.

I want a specific notice to appear if I put a custom BB code into any page on my forum, I figured this would be a piece of cake, but now, not so much. The problem is, the threads are random throughout my forum, and the menu notice will create a menu that creates continuity between them.

I was also open to the idea of using a Tag, any post with a specific tag would get the Notice, but I don't see a way to do that either.....

Is this possible?

There is nothing built in which will do that.
