XF 1.4 Notice for first post in moderation

I'm trying to setup a series of notifications to help guide new members into making their first post.

I send the first few posts for new members to moderation.

Is it possible to display a notice for the time between they submit their first post and it gets approved?

I'd like to let them know they successfully made their post / asked their question and that it's waiting to be approved so they don't get confused and double post or get frustrated.

My first notice for guiding them into making that first post (logged in + made no more than 0 posts) is working.

There is no specific criterion related to posts being moderated and approved so it's not something you can trigger a notice with.

Is there an appropriate place to have that criteria considered in a future release?

It'a a nice to have (not really required, but it's sure to sometimes avoid some confusion/frustration) if I don't leave up the "Here's how to submit your first post" after they have submitted it until it gets approved.
