My specific use senario here is that some pages I use for sponsor pages, which are essentially whole page adverts. I really don't want notices showing on those pages so a provision to exclude a notice from specific nodes would be very helpful.
We currently have the user criteria "User is NOT a member of any of the selected user groups" so I think the provision of a "Page is NOT within any of the selected nodes" criteria will add to consistency.
