XF 2.3 Not working: icon and select option

Everything was working fine when the forum was at example.com/community/, but after moving to the public_html directory, the icon and select option are not working, such as :

Have you updated the forum URL on Setup > Options > Basic board information ?

Make sure to also rebuild the master data through example.com/install

You do it via /install/
Just browse example.com/install, log in and click on rebuild master data
