Thread actions (move/edit/delete/etc) are not being logged in the Moderation Log when an user is given basic moderator privileges (which can be set via user groups, for example) without being made a moderator.

All thread actions should be logged, whether you're a moderator or not.

As it stands, this is specifically designed to log moderator actions. There were situations in the past where this wasn't checked and it led to situations where the moderator log potentially had confusing entries from non-moderators.
