XF 1.4 Node with reply permission and without thread creating permission

Hi,

I am little confused with permissions and would request someone to assist.

Problem statement :-

I want to create a node in which the registered users should be able to reply on existing threads but should not be able to create a new thread.

How can i achieve this?

Revoke the "Post new thread" permission for the Registered user group for the node.
