Cannot reproduce No RTE option on IE10

Just upgraded forum to the latest Xenforo.

Everything working fine on Chrome and IE, however when you go to edit a signature in IE10, it just shows the code with no RTE option.

Unfortunatly not as ive only got IE11.

However ive got two members both on IE10 who said they have issues when they go to edit their signatures. Heres a screenshot one of them sent me.

Also another issues raised with IE 10 was:

The reply window does not expand since the upgrade, have to use scroll bar.

The member has checked on Chrome and FF and works fine, just not on IE10.

Can you confirm which site this is happening on, please?

I figured out which of your sites it was based on the screenshots.

I cannot reproduce this here, or at your site using Internet Explorer 10 in normal use. However, it is possible that they have Compatibility View enabled for your site. That effectively puts the site into Internet Explorer 7 mode and the RTE doesn't work in that mode (deliberately). Aside from that, another explanation could be something else local to them. Script blockers, ad blockers being overzealous may cause the RTE to be disabled.

Ultimately, though, we can't reproduce this in normal operation.
