XF 1.1 No reply options in Personal Conversation

Hi all, had a strange thing just now, someone sent me a PC on a site, and there is no reply options

Any ideas?

None of the above... and it is a one off, just one PC... the rest are fine.

A stopped clock although not very useful is right exactly twice a day...hopefully I am right otherwise a broken clock has proven more useful than I today.

No, I am pretty sure you are correct, the person involved is a n00b, so it would make sense that they might click that option without realising what it was.
