Fixed no notification on first reply (in profile)

When someone posts on my profile and I reply to that, there's no notification sent to the original poster about my first reply. It could be a bug.

Credit also goes to Abomination (We confirmed it together)

I can confirm this, I didn't recieve notification when I posted on Steve M's profile that he had replied.

Do you have this alert preference enabled: "Comments on someone else's profile" ?

Confirmed.

I left message for jeffinj, he replied, I was not notified of that.

Then he left a message on my profile, I was notified of that.
Then I replied to his message, and he was *not* notified.
Subsequent replies to the message in my profile created the proper alerts after that.
