Fixed NO IPS on profiles next to report?

Hi there,

On user profile comments, it says NO IPS on every comment. I presume that is where IPs are meant to be shown but I don't have permission to see them so its displaying that instead?

In my defense, NO IPS can't be searched .

For reference, that's "No IPs". But fixed.
