Admin Panel -> Groups & permissions -> Permissions -> User group permissions -> Registered (or any other user group) -> Signature permissions -> Maximum text size (1 - 7)
If you limit this to 3, for example, it does not remove the options from the "edit signature" page. That's fine, but what's annoying is that no error is even displayed when you go over the limit from choosing one of the options that shouldn't be available from the FONT SIZE dropdown menu.
The page just refreshes and changes the text back to the default size. This causes unnecessary confusion.
