Tim has left the company. The support team in Hertford don't exist anymore. You can't speak to support on the phone anymore

This was one of the reasons I went with what was Global Gold, and then Tim asked if I'd move to his new company Nimbus. Things have really dropped off the last few years, and this might explain why.
