Having just had to upgrade my email package to increase daily quotas, I am thinking it's possible I could still go over daily quotas once a week when sending out a newsletter to all members (current quota is 1000 emails a day). There are 750 members. I'll have to see and monitor it.
But I am just wondering what others do, if you have a lot more members and send out newsletters. Email quotas is something new to me and I didn't really think about it until I went over quota and email stopped working! (Now sorted).

1) Do you send newsletters? Weekly? Monthly? To how many people each time?
2) Who is your email provider? Server? Outside Server?
3) What are your daily quotas and how much does it cost?
