New Xenforo license question

I want to confirm before buying a new license if I buy xenforo today is an upgrade to v2.2 free? can I upgrade to XenForo 2.2 once it is available at no extra cost?

If it releases within a year of your purchase. Licenses are for duration and not versions. You get all updates for a full year from date of purchase.
