XF 2.3 New Upgrade 2.311 error

I did something wrong I guess , I hit the upgrade button and the forum is messed up now some kind of fatal error

I had the same. Rebuilding master data fixed it.

First i checked with ssh if upgrade was finished.

cd /home/[user]/public_html
php cmd.php xf:upgrade

And then you get option to rebuild.

The upgrade process got cut short mid-stream because I failed to disable my add-ons beforehand. A legacy thread-handling plugin threw a hard PHP Fatal Error the second it hit the new core files, leaving the site in a half-upgraded state and causing the database to panic.

I just restored my site to the 4am backup and only lost an hour of data so no big deal
