If you notice... Shelley specified that those smilies have been sold to XF, therefore XF holds all the rights to distribution and what not. Just sayin'.

I've designed these for xenforo and have given them full rights to the smiley pack. I am planning on adding a few more which is why kier has withheld the release. Once I have designed and added those I'm sure kier, mike or ashley will include them for customers when they feel that the pack is fully completed.
