Lack of interest New permission for user fields: visibility on a per user basis

The permissions for user fields need something more fine graded, so users can decide on a per user basis, who can access their user field content - without showing it off to all users of a whole usergroup. Doesn´t look like much, but it is the door opener for various addons that would need this functionality to make sense and also serving to improve privacy settings.

Display of user field contents:

• only visible for a particular user after request of that user and approval by the user/owner
• after confirmation by the owner, the content is displayed only to the requesting user
• The owner can withdraw any confirmation from a user once it has been issued.
• Owner can view and manage permissions granted in an overview page (privacy settings?) within their account.
