XF 2.1 New members can't sign up (A server error occurred. Please try again later)

Hi

People were telling me they get this message when they tried to join:

A server error occurred. Please try again later.

I tried to create a new account and got the same message.

This has been happening for over a week.

Any ideas?

What kind of errors do you see in your admin panel logs or server logs?

Not sure how to check this. I have a guy that does all the behind the scenes stuff. I only have access to admin control panel

Do you see any "server error" messages at the top of the AdminCP page? or using this link: /admin.php?logs/server-errors/

Do you use reCaptcha for registrations?

Says: You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

and I use q & a registration method

You will need to ask a super administrator to promote your account or ask them to check the server error log.
