Is it possible have a pop up box show when a new conversation is received? If not, is there an add on available for purchase?

Esp on mobile style when users may miss the conversation

They should not miss one if you utilize push notifications that is available in XF2.1, or pay attention to the alert balloon on the envelope icon.
