As designed New Administrators With Limited Access Still Have Access to Some Tools

I've tried this with both version 1.1.5 and 1.2.0 Beta 4.

When a new administrator is defined with extremely limited permissions (or no permissions at all) they still have access to the 'Test Facebook Integration' and 'File Heath Check' selections in the 'Tools' section.

This is by design.

There isn't a permission to protect either of these functions as they don't actually do anything other than display completely irrelevant information.

It seems pointless protecting these two things with permissions when they are completely harmless.

I agree the info from those two selections is harmless.

But for the sake of a nice, clean look, perhaps adding a 'Can Access Tools' permission would completely get rid of the tools section?

Just a suggestion.
