Need to hire someone to fix and upgrade our Xenforo install

We have an older version of Xenforo and at this point cannot even get in the forum ourselves as admins. Can someone here get us up and running again?

I can assist. It's doable so long as you either have cpanel or ftp access to the server. Either can be used to convert an account to admin.

I forgot to ask, is it Xenforo 1.x or 2.x? The strategy to convert a regular user to an admin is a little different for each. Both, however, do require some sort of access to the server. If cpanel isn't available then the alternative with FTP is to upload a PHP file I've created which makes the required changes in the database (and config.php if it's Xenforo 1.x).
