I have another question that you might be able to help me with. When users go to my website i want them to go to the home page automatically and see information that i have posted ex. news or announcements. Then they can access the forums.

I want to set up my website to when people visit it sends them to the home page and has a list of recent announcements that can also be seen in the forums tab under announcements. Ex: Screenshot
