I'm trying to optimize the header banner on our Forums so that when clicked it redirects to the Forum homepage but can't figure out how. Please help me. 
I have a problem with the Logo
It's showing up as a CSS background image, but I don't know where the attributes for it are, therefore, I cannot link it to my homepage or anything
[or I cannot edit it and whatnot bc whoever set it up put the code somewhere for it and I don't know where it is
