Need camera advice!

So I am in the market for a new camera. I want something small and compact and I have my eyes set on the following two:

Canon PowerShot G7 X & Canon PowerShot S110 12MP.

Which of the two would you pick/choose ? Will be used for both picture and video.

G7X is a winner here, but that could change depending on your specific needs.
