XF 2.0 Need a new tab, fed only by ONE forum

I am trying to create a tab to go somewhere at the top of the What's New view, which is solely fed from a single forum that is fed by an RSS feed. I have that forum configured so it doesn't go into the What's New or New Posts from the other forums, but I want my community to be able to read the RSS feed easily and separately from the rest of the forums when they're looking at the What's New view.

I have downloaded the premium Add-ons and don't see anything appropriate there. My board is hosted by a more experienced XenForo user, but she can't figure this out either.

Advice please?

You can use the public navigation functionality to add a new tab - /admin.php?navigation/

Look at an existing entry to see how the fields are populated.

I'm sorry, I'm completely flummoxed. I looked at the "What's New" existing entry, because that's the level I'd like the tab to be placed, but it doesn't have any way to limit the fields from which it draws the content. I don't see how to create a similar tab drawing only from one forum, which currently does NOT populate the "What's New" tab by it's permissions.

I assumed you just wanted a link to the forum itself - with the tab just acting as an easy to find link.

It would require custom development to have a node specific what's new type feed.

Yes, that's what I want - a tab specific to ONE specific forum of many forums, which specific forum does NOT show in the "What's New" feed, so people who want to go to that forum can click a link to it from the top. But I can't figure out what to type in the Add Navigation blanks.

Here's an example.

Also, don't forget to switch off what's new for that specific forum, if you don't want posts appearing in the main feed.

OK, while I've got your attention ...

How does one change the built-in titles of tabs? For example, "What's New" exists on two levels, and on the second level, the difference between "What's New" and "New Posts" is confusing. I'd like to rename them "All Recent Posts" and "Unread Posts" - but the public navigation pages won't let me change the display name.
