Greetings.
Just purchased and installed this add-on (Navigation Manager).
Works just fine.
Allows me to create a tab that either links to some page within the forum or to some external page (for instance, at a blog or a retired forum.) The tab I most needed was "Rules" since I love telling people what to do and not do. (Just kidding, of course .... unless you're my wife.)
Found a couple of things confusing at first -- probably because I'm still getting used to my Admin Control Panel -- but soon figured them out.
Setting Group Permissions -- for each different user group -- that allows a new tab to be viewable by all was a bit of a drag, but I can see some advantages in offering such fine-tuned permissioning.
10 Euros well spent in my view.
