Fixed Navbar related issue

If I scroll down the page enough to get the sticky navigation to appear and then scroll up to the actual navbar position but not all the way to the top of the page, the navbar gets 'stuck' like this.

Safari 11 on High Sierra

Using Safari 11 and High Sierra I can't reproduce this.

Can this be reproduced reliably? Is there something specific that needs to happen? Is there anything you can do to recover from the issue when it happens?

Not happening here. Obviously I have the moderator bar so I've also tried it as a non staff user and it seems to be behaving normal for me in all cases.

Can you do a screen recording in QuickTime just in case I'm somehow doing something different that's not reproducing it?
