XF 2.1 Nav highlighting on selection

Hello guys, how can I make xenforo select the correct nav, for example the staff one in this case instead of the forums one?
Here is a screen of what happens:



In this case, we are in the staff section but it shows the forum section as highlighted

Is "the staff section" a node/forum?

it's in the public navigation

Try this (there may be a simpler way but see if this works).

AdminCP >> Setup >> Public Navigation

Add navigation (upper right corner)

navigation ID = staff_tab
Title = Staff

Display order = (change to display in preferred position on nav bar)

Save

Now go back to your original link and set Parent Navigation entry to Staff
