Name change here?

I know it's a slim chance but what is the policy here? I created this account quick setting in a post deployment briefing a few years ago just so i could ask a few questions. I wasn't thinking long term (you'd think i would learn at my age). I don't even own "globalhax" anymore. Anyway is it possible to get a change? Is it against the rules to create another account?
