XF 1.5 MySQL load from xF Table

There’s quite some MySQL load coming from these processes: xf_bb_code_parse_cache , Please let me know that how to fixing high server load from this processes table?

You're probably better off just disabling the BB code cache if it's not helping you.

OK I have disabled 'Cache BB Code output' from Performance option then Now do we need to empty/truncate table space "xf_bb_code_parse_cache"?
