My Xenforo style vs. vBulletin4 theme style?

Hello,

I would like to hear your thoughts or any comparisons between a vB theme which I have built since 2 years ago and one I have just designed recent days for my advertising forum (base on Xenforo)

One thing that you can be difficult to give your decision which is better because they are the same structure but different on forum software, functions and colors.

Which I am saying, it is:

http://www.internetmarketingstar.com Definitely it's from Xenforo forum software
and
http://www.webmastersun.com Built by vBulletin forum software

According to you, which is better theme and which is more advantages?

Thanks albnaldo for your opinion, some peoples said that they preferred dark version, may be I need to change color for Xenforo theme on my forum stronger which is lacking now

They both look very nice. I'm not gonna lie though, as much as I dislike Vbulletin, I've always liked where is shows how many people are currently viewing on each node, I wish Xenforo did that.

Header seems fine to me. Background color could be little darker maybe little grayish. The border for the forum listing is not clearly visible unless someone tries to focus on it, give it little dark coloring?

I tried but it is not better than white background, maybe I need to change some things to work with gray background

I will consider to make it darker, I am using gray for border because I don't want everyone see too many links on my forums, they need to focus on content, posts and threads titles.
