XF 1.1 Multiple posts

I have noticed in one of my threads every time someone makes a new post it creates 2 or 3 of them.
Any Idea what could be causing this?

Just one thread?

It usually signifies server or connection issues.

Yes just the one thread it happens and it's every time.

Just to follow up on this, it was happening in one specific forum, not thread and it appears to have been caused by a thread tagging add-on.
