Hello, after i remove a user from group Member because he is an Administrator, the Forum Re-Added the Group member automatic new lol...

That would only happen if there is a user group promotion set up.

Or the member did it themselves if they have administrator status.

You can check the user change log to see how it was added.

0 Promotions added, i am the only Admin they can add or delete Usergroups, so, again, if i remove meber gropup because admingroup has rights system adds automatic new to member

If you manually removed them from the user group, no, I don't know how they can be automatically added back unless there is a promotion or add-on involved.

It's not something we've had reported before.
