I am trying to upload some MP4 videos to my site, however it doesn't seem to be working.
What am I doing wrong?

Ok, let me ask a different way.

How do I upload MP4's from my computer up to my site that will allow my members to watch them?

You would need to install software on your server.

Do you really want to allow streaming from your server?
Why not just use YouTube, Vimeo, etc?

For your server, check this link (bottom of the page):
For the browser compatibility, read this. It's for mp3, but problems with mp4 are similar. Try to find a more recent link, some browsers are now compatible with some codecs.
