XF 1.5 Moving Header Down

How can I move the header, top moderation (for moderators) commands down so that I can put something on the top of the header? Is there a padding command in the styles that I can change to shove everything down and just have some blank blue space (in the default style?

Looks like you can add changes via the style template, moderator_bar.css. Not too skilled with code, so not sure about adding content. But a quick "top-border" addition gave a section like I think you are describing.
