As designed Moving a thread bug

If I click to move a thread (in thread reading mode) from a forum w/o prefixes, the prefix selector is there. This is before selecting the destination so you could be moving to a forum also w/o prefixes.

Don’t really see an issue with this. It’s better for the prefix selector to always be there so we’re not having to remove and insert elements which can push the overlay content around.

It just makes me click the selector but nothing is there. It seems odd to have it appear, you click , and it's empty.
