Other Move Forum to HTTPS with SSL

Need someone to help me move a forum to HTTPS with SSL.

Current environment:
Host: DigitalOcean
OS: Ubuntu
Web Server: Nginx
DNS: Cloudflare
SSL: Namecheap/PositiveSSL
CDN: MaxCDN

I've tried doing this, but so many different errors. For some reason the damn server would not redirect from http to https. Pretty much gave up and hoping someone with more experience can quickly set it up for me.

upgraded nginx, so running with SPDY enabled as well.
