Move and create Album for member

We have many media entries in our categories which do not belong there. For example media which belongs in a private album. If the member has an album then we can move it there. But if the member does not have an album then we cannot do anything.
Please add a function in to move and create album for member.

This would allow us to move media to user albums if they do not have an album yet.

This issue is highly problematic. Google punishes websites for having explicit or offensive images. Its unclear where the line is drawn. We do not allow explicit images to be public, when posted to categories we cannot move these to private albums if the user does not have an album.

While this is not a bug, it is an issue that I would love to see resolved.
