XF 1.5 More than 20 languages installed. [Performance issues?]

I just was wondering if there are some kind of estimation / recommendation about the number of languages installed in Xenforo to avoid performance issues.
I've been testing lately with 23 languages in a fresh installation and is taking long time saving when editing templates, phrases etc. even in local host.
installing a small addon take about 15+ minutes!!
There is a serious impact in the performance when there are a lot of languages?
any way to compare with numbers the performance after / before?

There will be an impact at save time due to the amount of work required, but that is the trade off so there is no (or less) impact at run time.
