Lack of interest More meaningful report-to-forum messages

When the Send Reports into Forum option is enabled, reports of any content type (post, conversation, profile post, user) are formed using the reported_thread_message phrase. In many cases, the resulting report message doesn't make sense. It would probably be a good idea to distinguish phrase templates based on content type. For example, if a member is being reported:

Member 'Mike' by Mike has been reported by Kier. Reason given:
This is a reason.
