I want a shopping cart that is completely based around executing queries on purchases.

Should work with Paypal.
So, you can create an item, and set it to execute a mysql query on purchase, chargeback, etc. I need it to be able to execute a user-entered query on any database, so allow a spot to enter the database user information.
